Slabire mancand?


Slabire mancand? Quick Fat Burning Diet / Dieta rapida de ardere a grasimilor
4 kile in 7 zile, blabla ?

Cu un background in diferite hobbyuri ciudate cum ar fi catarare, parapantism, canoeing, ture de bicicleta lungi de vreo de 2-3000km, deci diferite forme …din cand in cand extreme…, tot ce se cheama de obicei “outdoor activities”, in viata mea nu credeam ca ajung si eu … nici macar sa ma preocupe notiunea de slabire.

Imi aduc aminte cum ma amuzam de Zoli, coleg de camera in caminele studentesti din Timisoara, cand el alerga din parc in parc in scopul pierderii acelor kilograme in plus.

Insa timpul trece: la 40 ani, o putina schimbare in modul de viata, miscare putina, stand toata ziua in fata calculatorului, 10 kg in plus cat ai zice peste... Ti se pare cunoscuta povestea?

Daaa.

Sora mea a venit acasa din AU luna aceasta si auzind comentariile mele relativ la acest subiect m-a convins sa incerc ca prim pas o cura de dieta timp de 7 zile, nu neaparat de slabire, ci cu scopul de a “curata” organismul meu umplut cu substantele acelea, e’… sa nu zic ca “otravitoare” :-) , dar care se aduna in orice caz in situatiile astea.

Fiind si eu de parere ca mai bine mancare si sport decat abtinere si ca nu se poate face nici o cura de slabire, cel putin cu efect real, intr-un timp atat de scurt, fara si o schimbare in modul de viata, totusi am facut “curatirea” aceasta initiala sa vad ce se intampla.

Cica se imbunatateste digestia, metabolismul organismului dupa aceste 7 zile.
Nu era nimic secret, era dealtfel o cura cunoscuta si aplicata in toata lumea, stiti, cu supa de varza (cat incape :-) ) si restul….

Ok, merita o incercare, zic eu.

Zis si facut.

Ca efect colateral de obicei oamenii pierd 5 kg in aceste 7 zile, eu am pierdut numai 4, probabil fiindca am mancat cat am putut din ce se insira acolo. :-)

Si iata rezultatul: 4 kg in 7 zile, si nici nu s-a repus de atunci, din contra: procesul de slabire continua si mi-am promis ca o sa fiu mai atent la ce mananc si cand de acum incolo, si cat ma plimb, zic ca a meritat si recomand tututor sa incerce anual sau la fiecare 6 luni!

Atentie insa: cura de mai jos nu se face mai mult de 7 zile odata!

Deci:

In cele 7 zile mancarea de baza este o supa de varza (reteta supei vezi mai jos), din care se poate manca oricat.

La prima incercare mi s-a parut OK, dar la urma … n-as putea zice nici eu, nu-i catastrofa dar cert nu este mancarea preferata mancatorilor de carne cum sunt si eu de ex. :-)

In plus fata de supa aceasta se pot manca urmatoarele, de cele mai multe ori, acolo unde scrie legume sau fructe: cat INCAPE!

1. Day:
Only soup and fruits are allowed. (no bananas) Watermelons and melons has got the less calories.
2. Day:
Only soup and vegetables (no fruits) You can eat fresh vegies or vegies out of the
can. Peas, beans, corn are not allowed. Leaves are the best (salads, cabbage, spinach etc)
For dinner you can have a big potato (cooked) with butter.
3. Day:
Soup, fruits and vegetables (no potatoes) You can eat as much as you like If you
keep the diet and don’t eat anything else, you can loose up to 2-3 kilos by the end of
the third day.
4. Day:
Soup, bananas and skinny milk, as much water as you like + 3 bananas.
5.Day:
Soup, 20dkg beef, 6 fresh tomatoes, (or a big can of tomatoes), 6-8 glasses of water
6. Day:
Soup, beef and vegetables (no potato) 2-3 slices of meat, saladsand at least once you
have to eat soup.
7. Day:
Soup, cooked brown rice , vegetables and fruit juice (sugarfree)You can eat as
much as you want from these but you have to eat soup at least once.

Iar reteta supei de varza:
Cabage Soup:

6 big onion
4 carrots
3 green paper
1 or 2 small tomato paste
1 big cabbage cut in small pieces
2-3 celery (root) or 6 celery (the long green stuff)
1 pack or block of soup flavour powder (Vegeta)
Parsley, fresh basil cut in pieces

Cut all components and cook it with water. Some Bulion or Worcheteshire paste can be
added (no idea what are they, I never added).
Boil it for 10 minutes on big flame then slowly for another 20-30 minutes or until it is
cooked.

- You can eat as much as you like, whenever you want
- The soup doesn’t bring any calories into your body
- As much you eat as more you loose.
- You can eat whenever you feel hungry
